Stuffed Idly Sandwich

Ingredients
Asal Idly Batter – 2 cups
Potato Masala (like dosa masala) – ½ cup
Oil – for greasing
Method
Grease idly moulds lightly. Pour a spoonful of batter at the base.
Add 1 tbsp of potato masala in the centre.
Cover with more batter to seal.
Steam for 12–15 minutes.
Remove carefully — you’ll have soft idlis with a surprise filling inside.
