Stuffed Idly Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Asal Idly Batter – 2 cups

  • Potato Masala (like dosa masala) – ½ cup

  • Oil – for greasing

Method

  1. Grease idly moulds lightly. Pour a spoonful of batter at the base.

  2. Add 1 tbsp of potato masala in the centre.

  3. Cover with more batter to seal.

  4. Steam for 12–15 minutes.

  5. Remove carefully — you’ll have soft idlis with a surprise filling inside.
