Steamed Idlis

Product Used: Asal Idly & Dosa Batter

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Asal Idly Batter

  • Oil for greasing

  • Coconut chutney & sambar (for serving)

Method:

  1. Grease idli moulds with a drop of oil.

  2. Pour Asal Idly Batter into moulds.

  3. Steam for 10–12 minutes on medium flame.

  4. Let it rest for 2 minutes, then demould.

  5. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
