Product Used: Asal Idly & Dosa Batter
Ingredients:
2 cups Asal Idly Batter
Oil for greasing
Coconut chutney & sambar (for serving)
Method:
Grease idli moulds with a drop of oil.
Pour Asal Idly Batter into moulds.
Steam for 10–12 minutes on medium flame.
Let it rest for 2 minutes, then demould.
Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
