Ingredients
Asal Dosa Batter – 2 cups
Pizza sauce – 2 tbsp
Veggies (capsicum, onion, corn, tomato) – ½ cup (chopped)
Grated mozzarella cheese – ¼ cup
Mixed herbs / Chilli flakes – as needed
Method
Pour thick dosa on a hot pan (like an uthappam base).
Spread pizza sauce on top.
Add chopped veggies and sprinkle cheese generously.
Cover with a lid until cheese melts.
Garnish with herbs/chilli flakes.
Slice and serve hot as “South Indian Pizza”
