Ingredients
Malabar Parota – 2
Paneer – 100 g (marinated & grilled in tikka masala)
Onion – 1 (sliced)
Green chutney – 2 tbsp
Method
Warm parota on a tawa.
Spread green chutney evenly.
Place paneer tikka pieces and onion slices.
Roll tightly like a frankie/roll.
Wrap in foil and serve hot as a quick meal.
