Parota Roll with Paneer Tikka Filling

Ingredients

  • Malabar Parota – 2

  • Paneer – 100 g (marinated & grilled in tikka masala)

  • Onion – 1 (sliced)

  • Green chutney – 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Warm parota on a tawa.

  2. Spread green chutney evenly.

  3. Place paneer tikka pieces and onion slices.

  4. Roll tightly like a frankie/roll.

  5. Wrap in foil and serve hot as a quick meal.
