Parota Lasagna

Ingredients

  • Malabar Parota – 3

  • White sauce – ½ cup

  • Tomato sauce – ½ cup

  • Cooked vegetables or chicken – 1 cup

  • Cheese – ½ cup

Method

  1. In a baking dish, place one parota as the base.

  2. Spread tomato sauce, add veggies/chicken, sprinkle cheese.

  3. Layer another parota, spread white sauce, repeat toppings.

  4. Finish with one more parota topped with cheese.

  5. Bake until cheese melts and top is golden.

  6. Cut into squares like lasagna and serve.
