Product Used: Asal Rice Palada Payasam Mix
Ingredients:
1 packet Asal Rice Palada Payasam Mix
1 litre full cream milk
2 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
1 tbsp ghee
8–10 cashews
8–10 raisins
Method:
Boil milk in a thick-bottomed pan.
Add Asal Rice Palada Payasam Mix and cook on low flame.
Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and palada turns soft.
Heat ghee in a small pan, fry cashews and raisins until golden.
Add to payasam, mix well, and serve warm or chilled.
