Rice Palada Payasam

Product Used: Asal Rice Palada Payasam Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Asal Rice Palada Payasam Mix

  • 1 litre full cream milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • 8–10 cashews

  • 8–10 raisins

Method:

  1. Boil milk in a thick-bottomed pan.

  2. Add Asal Rice Palada Payasam Mix and cook on low flame.

  3. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and palada turns soft.

  4. Heat ghee in a small pan, fry cashews and raisins until golden.

  5. Add to payasam, mix well, and serve warm or chilled.
