Wheat Chapati Paneer Wrap

Product Used: Asal Wheat Chapati

Ingredients:

  • 4 Asal Wheat Chapatis

  • 200 g paneer, cubed

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 capsicum, sliced

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 2 tbsp mint chutney

  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions and capsicum until soft.

  2. Add paneer cubes, spices, and salt. Cook for 3–4 minutes.

  3. Warm Asal Wheat Chapatis on a tawa.

  4. Spread mint chutney, place the paneer filling, and roll tightly.

  5. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
