Coin Parota Nachos

Ingredients

  • Coin Parota – 6 (cut into quarters & shallow-fried crisp)

  • Cheese sauce – ½ cup

  • Salsa – ¼ cup

  • Jalapeños – 1 tbsp (sliced)

  • Sour cream or thick curd – 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Fry or bake the coin parotas until crispy like chips.

  2. Arrange in a plate, drizzle cheese sauce and salsa.

  3. Top with jalapeños and a dollop of sour cream.

  4. Serve as Indian–Mexican fusion “parota nachos”.
