Coin Parota Nachos

Ingredients
Coin Parota – 6 (cut into quarters & shallow-fried crisp)
Cheese sauce – ½ cup
Salsa – ¼ cup
Jalapeños – 1 tbsp (sliced)
Sour cream or thick curd – 2 tbsp
Method
Fry or bake the coin parotas until crispy like chips.
Arrange in a plate, drizzle cheese sauce and salsa.
Top with jalapeños and a dollop of sour cream.
Serve as Indian–Mexican fusion “parota nachos”.
